All orders are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Shipping times depend on your location, not the size or quantity of the items.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and sent to Printful within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because all items are made-to-order, processing and production times may vary by product.

Once your order has been sent to Printful for fulfillment, we cannot cancel or change the order.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout. This rate is based on your shipping location and does not change based on the number of items or package weight.

You are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in your country.
Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. We highly recommend turning on shipping notifications so you can stay updated in real time.

Tracking information allows you to monitor your shipment and see when it is expected to arrive. Please allow a few days for your order to reach you.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Delays can sometimes occur due to weather, busy seasons, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your order is delayed for more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We’ll investigate promptly to ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly.
Estimated delivery times are listed above, and your order-specific delivery time will be emailed to you once your order is placed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes street address, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly or incompletely entered addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
- If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for all reshipment fees. Orders returned for this reason are not eligible for refunds or returns.
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address Changes
We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

Inspect your package upon arrival. If it’s damaged or missing items, contact us immediately at shoplawg@gmail.com. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Once the package has been marked as delivered correctly, we cannot be responsible for theft or loss caused by the local carrier or postal service. We will not issue refunds for orders that are reported missing after delivery. Any claims regarding theft or delivery placement must be resolved directly with the mail carrier. We recommend contacting the mail carrier directly to file a claim, as they can investigate delivery placement and theft concerns.

All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for items that are correct and not defective.

International shipments may be subject to customs delays outside our control.
