Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! All items are made-to-order through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for most items. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll help make it right.


Damages or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at shoplawg@gmail.com. We will work with our supplier, Printiful, to evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund according to Printful’s policies.

Order Changes/Cancellations

All cancellations or changes must be requested before production begins.

If you wish to cancel your order, or if you selected the wrong size, color, or product, please contact us immediately at shoplawg@gmail.com. We will confirm whether your order can be canceled or updated.

Once production has started, items cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged, including a change of mind, regardless of where you live.



Right of Withdrawal (for EU / International Customers):

While many consumer protection laws (such as EU distance‑selling regulations) generally provide a 14-day cancellation ("right of withdrawal") period after delivery, this right does not apply to products that are clearly personalized or made to specification, including our Printful‑fulfilled items.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Note: Because products are made-to-order, items that are correct and not defective cannot be returned or exchanged.
